The Access to Justice Center is a free service designed for self-represented litigants who need information about specific, legal issues or court procedures. If you need further guidance, please contact the Self-Help Attorney by calling 53 Self-represented litigants can take advantage of these resources by coming to the Self-Help Center at the Hall of Justice – 2610 Riverside Drive in Susanville. The computers include interactive programs which assist in the completion ofįorms for: Divorce Eviction (Unlawful Detainer Answer and Complaint) Guardianship Modifying or EstablishingĬhild Support and/or Child Custody and Visitation Orders Parentage Restraining Orders (civil harassment, domestic violence, elder abuse) Fee Waiver Name Change and Small Claims. Through a collaborative grant, self-help computers and printers have been installed in the Hall of Justice. SHARP is a court supported Self-Help Center that provides free assistance to self-represented people (litigants)
